The name “KMACK” is deeply personal. It stands for the next generation and the foundation of legacy Yvonne is building for her grandchildren: Katelyn, Madison, Alexander, Chancellor, and Kennedi. Every home we create is a reflection of that love, purpose, and commitment to generational wealth.

Wade Kingcade, the son of our founder Yvonne Johnson, is an DRAFTER/DESIGNER with over 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial design. Since earning his architecture degree in 2002, he has worked extensively across Florida, bringing thoughtful and innovative designs to life for a wide range of clients. As the owner of Kore Design Group Services, Wade continues to design and manage projects that shape communities and inspire homeowners. His expertise in working with city departments, suppliers, and contractors ensures that every KMACK HOMES project moves smoothly from vision to reality. His dedication to quality and family-driven design makes him an invaluable part of our mission to build homes, build people, and build legacy.
